Elephants have always been associated with the Kings as a symbol of power and status. Elephant festival is a very attractive and popular festival of Jaipur Rajasthan. It is now become the world famous festival of elephants at Jaipur.

Elephant festival celebrates occasion on Holi, in March months. Elephant’s festival is a one day festival at PinkCity and it is celebrated with a procession of elephants, camel, horses.

This is main attraction point for tourist because on this special evening following traditions are celebrating Folk songs and Rajasthan dances, polo match and elephants catwalks. Most interesting tug of war between elephants and men, The occasion provides the ideal opportunity to see elephants at their best. The 'Best Decorated Elephant' contest is an added attraction of this cultural extravaganza.

Before the end of the special festival, a prize distribution ceremony awards the winners of the various competitions. However, the most special prize goes to the elephant which attracts maximum appreciation for its appearance.
